Your Align Messaging materials live in a private Google Drive folder shared directly with your email address. This page is a quiet landing for active clients — not a login, just a reminder of where to find what.
When you became a client, we emailed you a direct link to your private Google Drive folder. That link is your home with Align — it's where your services agreement, compliance materials, identity package, deliverables, and all other work product live.
Bookmark that link. It's the fastest way back to everything we're doing together.
Lost the email? Searched your inbox for "Align Messaging" and nothing came up? Happens all the time. Email us at info@alignmessaging.com and we'll resend the link within the business day.
Include the email address you want us to send it to — it needs to match the Google account you'll be signed into when you click the link.
Your folder is visible only to you. Other clients can't see each other's work. We don't post client materials on this public site, and we don't reference you by name in our marketing unless you've given us written permission.
This is intentional. Strategic narrative work is sensitive. Keeping it quiet is part of how we earn trust.
Every client folder follows the same structure. As our engagement progresses, new materials appear in the appropriate subfolder. You'll get an email notification when we add something significant.
This almost always means you're signed into a Google account different from the one your folder is shared with. Try signing out of all Google accounts, then signing back in with the email address we used for onboarding. If that doesn't work, email us — we can re-share the folder to whatever email address you actually use.
Yes — but let us do the sharing. Email us the people you want to include, with their email addresses, and we'll add them to your folder with appropriate permissions. This keeps a clean audit trail and lets us maintain consistent access control across your campaign.
By default, your access is Viewer or Commenter — you can read everything and leave comments, but not edit files directly. This is intentional; it protects the integrity of deliverables we've finalized together. If you want to propose revisions, leave a comment on the relevant document or email us directly. We'll incorporate your changes and update the file.
Minimum three years, per Wisconsin campaign finance record retention requirements for political engagements. For other engagements, we retain indefinitely unless you specifically request deletion. If you want earlier deletion, let us know in writing and we'll remove the folder (with a final archive delivered to you first if you want one).
